About Me
My Background
I graduated in 2020 from G.W. Carver High School in Birmingham, Alabama, earning a 3.08 GPA while completing my education during the COVID-19 pandemic. I entered the workforce in 2018 at Chick-fil-A as a Team Member and quickly advanced by consistently performing and earning leadership responsibilities.
That same year, I moved into a Shift Leader role at Smoothie King, where I led daily operations, enforced standards, and managed team performance through 2019. In 2020, I stepped into an Assistant Manager position with Jack’s Family Restaurants, taking ownership of scheduling, operations, and accountability, while also working in Technical Support with Concentrix, strengthening my ability to resolve issues under pressure and communicate with clarity.
In 2021, I returned to Chick-fil-A as a Team Leader, and in 2022 relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where I led teams across multiple locations while maintaining performance expectations in fast-paced environments. In 2023, I worked as a School Bus Driver, a role centered on safety, discipline, and trust, responsible for the well-being of students and strict compliance with procedures.
I am currently serving as a Manager at Taco Bell, overseeing operations, staffing, and performance in a high-volume setting. I am also in the process of becoming a General Manager with Sanpeggio’s Pizza, continuing my progression into senior leadership with full accountability for people, performance, and results.

Things I Love
Outside of work, I value staying grounded and balanced. I spend time outdoors, enjoy discovering new music, and prioritize time with family and friends. I’ve had a long-standing interest in photography since 2018, continuously refining my creative eye and perspective. I also co-host a podcast with a close friend, which has strengthened my communication skills and ability to engage thoughtfully with different viewpoints.
